Chris believes in doing things the bold way. He has years of working experience in the creative industry and a degree in communications from Penn State. He's worked with clients in a number of different sectors including publishing, medical, nonprofit, film, and entertainment. After exploring many different facets of visual communications, he's found a home in video post-production and visual effects. He has a background in photography and graphic design, skills which inform his work in video. He's the proud dad of two creative little boys who keep him sane when it's crunch time. Joseph Lisa
Owner, Trova Media
Joseph Lisa is a content creator, filmmaker, and technologist based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In high school, he was also a student of Berks Career and Technology Center receiving his skills certification in Communications Media Technology. He’s a graduate of The Los Angeles Film School with a Bachelors degree in Film and a Master’s degree in New Media Journalism from Full Sail University. He has worked in leadership roles of productions ranging from micro budget to large scale and has a wealth of experience in concept development, visual narrative work, interviewing, producing, directing, cinematography and editing.
Sara Volk

Sara Volk is a Professor of English with the Pennsylvania State University and a mother of five. She has her Master of the Arts in English, a Bachelors of Humanities in English, and a Bachelors of Humanities in Interdisciplinary Humanities. When she's not teaching or consuming copious amounts of caffeine to keep up with her children, Sara enjoys reading fantasy and analyzing the works of William Shakespeare, Walt Disney, and every creator in between. She is hoping to become a Doctor of English by 2024.
